After-School Gymnastics Club – Booking Information Bank Holiday 04/05/26 no classes Give your child the chance to build confidence, strength, and skills in our fun, structured gymnastics sessions delivered by qualified UK Academies of Gymnastics coaches. This 6-week term begins Monday 13thApril All payments and registrations are completed directly through our online booking system — once you’ve secured your child’s place, you’re all set. Cost: £45 for the full 5-week block Session Length: 1 hour What to Expect: A safe, supportive environment for all abilities UKAG award-based learning and skill progression Weekly apparatus rotations (floor, beam, vault & more) Confidence-building activities and positive coaching Clear communication and updates via your school’s coach Children should wear comfortable sports clothing or a leotard, and bring a drink. We can’t wait to welcome your child into the club and help them shine this term!

Cancellation Policy
Active School UK Booking & Membership Policy Membership & Payment All after school gymnastics places are secured through a monthly membership. Fees are billed automatically and averaged across the academic year. Sessions run during term time only, with school holidays excluded. Your membership guarantees your child’s weekly place in the selected school club. Places are limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis. Cancellations Membership is ongoing and requires 30 days’ notice to cancel. Cancellation must be submitted before your next billing date to avoid further charges. Once payment has been processed, it is non refundable. Refunds & Missed Sessions Refunds are not issued for missed sessions due to illness, holidays, school trips or other personal circumstances. Sessions cannot be transferred to another child or school. Waiting Lists If a class is full, families may join the waiting list. When a space becomes available, priority will be offered to those registered on the list. Behaviour & Safety We reserve the right to withdraw a place if behaviour repeatedly compromises the safety or wellbeing of others. By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this policy.
