UKAG Level 1 Gymnastics Coaching (FEB26)

Service Description

The UKAG Level 1 Gymnastics Coach (Coach C) programme is a 6-week blended online course designed to prepare coaches to lead small groups safely, confidently, and in line with UKAG standards. The course combines weekly live Zoom theory sessions, structured online learning through the Wix Learning platform, and practical coaching within real sessions. Coaches learn key theory together, apply it immediately in practice, and reflect on their experiences as the course progresses. All learning content, quizzes, and resources are accessed online, allowing participants to train flexibly while continuing to coach. Assessment is completed through a final video submission, demonstrating real coaching delivery rather than classroom-based testing. This programme is ideal for coaches aged 16+ who are progressing from Junior Coach level and are ready to take on more responsibility while continuing to work within a coaching team.
